Then it became apparent that a city could be diverse but completely segregated within it’s own ethnic or cultural enclaves. So the pointy-heads at Priceonomics sharpened their pencils and presented a second study to show the most and least segregated cities in the US.
Looking at it from this angle, the top ten most integrated cities are all west of the Mississippi River. And some cities that had originally scored high as diverse do not score high on integration. How does your city stack up?
