Over at Curbed NY there is an interesting article about New York City's eternal shortage of housing and the expected population growth until 2040. According to a report by the
Center for Urban Real Estate (CURE) at Columbia University one million new people will be living in NYC and current housing developments are not enough to cover that increase.
So if you've been holding on to the hope that the real estate market in this beautiful city is going to relax any time soon ... bad news.
